Find a truly natural soap?

“I made the first bar for my son. I didn't expect it to change everything.”

Saukhya — the Sanskrit word for wellbeing — started as a parent's search for a soap gentle enough for his son's sensitive skin. What began at a kitchen counter in Mumbai became a quiet obsession with Ayurvedic botanicals, melt-and-pour soapmaking, and the art of formulating for real skin concerns. Today every bar we make carries that same intention: to make your daily bath feel like a ritual.

The Beginning

A kitchen counter. A curious mind. A stubborn belief.

It started with frustration. Every soap at the chemist was full of SLS, synthetic fragrance, and ingredients we couldn't pronounce. So we went back to basics — back to Neem, Turmeric, Saffron, Goat Milk, and the Ayurvedic formulas that generations before us had trusted. The first batch was made in a small pot, melted, poured into moulds, and left to set. It was imperfect. It was also the best soap we'd ever used.

The Craft

Every bar is made with care. We think that's exactly right.

We use the melt-and-pour method — a clean, precise way to work with high-quality bases while keeping full control over what goes into every bar. Our Goat Milk base is blended with Ayurvedic botanicals and essential oils at gentle temperatures to preserve their active properties, then poured into moulds and left to set fully before it reaches you. No shortcuts on ingredients, no rush on quality. We source our Goat Milk base locally, our botanicals from trusted Ayurvedic suppliers, and our essential oils from farms that share our values. Small batch means we can check every single bar.
